FROM ENGINEERING TO OPERATIONS
Mircea's background spans three connected areas: building software, leading engineering teams and running business operations. Across 25 years, his experience has included software engineer and team lead roles at Nortel, Motorola and Freescale, alongside more than 15 years as Clarisoft's Chief Operating Officer.
That combination gives him a perspective on software delivery that reaches beyond the implementation itself: the work of the engineers, the coordination of a team and the operational context of a software company.
SOFTWARE ENGINEERING & TEAM LEADERSHIP
Mircea worked in software engineer and team lead roles at Nortel, Motorola and Freescale. These roles form the technical and team leadership foundation of his career, combining direct engineering experience with responsibility for leading others.
15+ YEARS IN BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Mircea served as Clarisoft's COO for more than 15 years. His long tenure in executive operations adds a business management dimension to his engineering background.
At Clarisoft, Bogdan served as CEO and co-founder while Mircea served as COO. Their experience in those complementary leadership roles forms part of the background they bring to CTO Plus Team.

Mircea and Bogdan founded CTO Plus Team with a combination of engineering, technology leadership and operational experience. Mircea's background in engineering teams and business operations complements Bogdan's experience in architecture, fractional CTO leadership and enterprise delivery.
